Waitlist registration

When you join the waitlist, we collect your work email address and your explicit consent to receive communications. We also collect approximate location data (country, city, region, and timezone) derived from your IP address at the time of registration, as well as your preferred language. Usage analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This service collects anonymised data including page views, referrer, device type, and country-level location. No cookies are set by Vercel Analytics, and no personally identifiable information is stored.

Infrastructure and Database

All application data and product passport metadata are hosted on servers located in the EU (specifically in Frankfurt / fra1) to ensure maximum compliance with data sovereignty requirements.

• Waitlist email — to notify you when EUlabel launches, send early access invitations, and share relevant product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics data — to improve the website and understand which content is most useful. Data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent — by checking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form, you explicitly consent to receiving communications about EUlabel and to the collection of your approximate location data.
