The workflow
Three steps, in the dashboard or through the API.

Identify
Create a product with your GTIN. Claim your GS1 company prefix through the API. Once we approve the claim, every GTIN under it resolves only for your organization on eulabel.eu.

Validate and publish
Fill in the sector profile and run the checks. In the dashboard you publish when ready. Through the API, a passport publishes as soon as every mandatory field is valid.

Resolve
Scans open the public passport. Serial-level links open the individual unit.

Capabilities
What the platform does.
- Product records
- GTINs, company prefixes, projects and suppliers in one workspace.
- Profile validation
- Mandatory, conditional and restricted fields checked per sector, with a clear message per field.
- Published versions
- Earlier versions stay in storage unless you delete the project. Passports can be withdrawn without breaking the code.
- Item-level lifecycle
- Serial numbers, status flow and a dated event log for repairs, resale and returns.
- Access grants
- Revocable tokens for repairers, recyclers and authorities.
- Your own domain
- Resolve Digital Links on your own verified domain, on request. Passport pages stay on eulabel.eu.
- QR codes
- Print-ready SVG and PNG from the dashboard. The API can also set colors and dot styles, and hide the EUlabel logo.
- Passport view analytics
- Page views by country and top referrers through the API, with a date filter. Wine e-label pages record no views, as the rules require.
